What products do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of premium keyboards and mice, catering to gaming enthusiasts and office professionals. Our collection includes mechanical keyboards, ergonomic mice, wireless solutions, and high-performance gaming accessories from famous brands.

All our products are listed with real-time availability. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a “Out of Stock” label. We restock our products regularly, so feel free to check back or contact us to inquire about availability.

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash on Delivery (Available in selected locations)

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status through the courier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us!

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Sri Lanka. We offer fast and reliable delivery to Colombo and all other regions of Sri Lanka.

  • Within Colombo: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  • Islandwide: For locations outside Colombo, delivery may take 2-4 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs vary based on your location, order size, and delivery speed. You’ll be able to see the exact shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. We strive to keep our shipping rates competitive and transparent.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We’ll arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization Number.

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Used, opened, or damaged products
  • Custom items (if applicable)
  • Digital products (software or licenses)

Yes, all of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects, but it does not cover damage caused by misuse. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact our customer service for assistance.
